Hi All,...Hope you are all well and happy and diligently practicing form and, reading all the wonderfull books available. It's Monday, and the days are looking less dark as Spring draws closer. First day back after a wonderfull weekend at Glenkin with some of the Lovely 9waves students.
As always, the practice, the food and the atmosphere were brilliant,.there were 12 of us attended, thats not including our most excellent Instructor Bob. Isla arrived on Sunday to do some filming and catch up with everyone,...lovely to see her and you can look forward to seeing what we got up to soon,...better still why not come along and experience it all directly. You won't be disappointed.
These weekends are a Golden opportunity to deepen your understanding of your form and practice.
....mustn't forget the log fire,...relaxing and some folks meditating, ( or maybe they were sleeping ) :-P
good supply of logs too....very much appreciated.
what more could you ak for.....:-)

I enjoyed another fab weekend at Glen Kin.
Kept warm as toast in front of the roaring fire thanks to the efforts of Bob the weekends chief log chopper aaaaand we enjoyed great food! So thanks again to all the cooks !

Enjoyed the practice and seeing new faces and just as important for me is that Glen Kin allows a great opportunity to catch up with fellow students in a setting that offers time for chat and chilling.

See you all next time !

Yet another weekend that only seemed to last a few hours. Missed my usual routine of log chopping etc. but many thanks to Bob for getting them all chopped.

Due to getting there late I ended up sleeping in the barn (not for the first time) which was great and a welcome antidote to 4 star hotel bedrooms!!

Great practice, great company, great food, great fire, great area ........ try it, you'll love it.
